Bangkok is known for being a noisy city but if you lose yourself a bit through temples, you can find some peaceful places. Yesterday, I began my ride by taking a boat ticket for Koh Kret. This island was created in 1722 & is located in the north of Thailand’s capital. There you can meet the Mon (local population) & taste their delicious foods but not only because they mainly sale handmade pottery objects. It is just fabulous.
After this amazing moment, I went back to Bangkok. I paid 30 THB for a little boat which brought me at three temples. I had the chance to visit an old traditional Thai house decorated by jasmin flowers. This place uses to be closed & Thai people seemed very surprised by the fact it was opened.
I ended my day by stopping a while next to the Great Palace.
